At least that's what Larry stone says. I really didn't expect this to happen so fast. I guess this rules out the possibilities of Matsui coming to the M's(Begin typing here for after the break) I don't think I like this move.
No free agents wants to come and play in Seattle because we are in our own little world out here. But you know what everyone wants to do, get tickled by Junior. If we can pay him 2 million a year to rally the troops and make this a place people want to come play, let him 'play' as long as he wants. As long as in 2 years when Felix is free agent we dont lose him over a few mil a year. That is another story
