I feel sorry for whatever team signs him. Not only because he's a terrible safety, but because he hits players on his own team harder than opposing players.
I think a team with a franchise CB in a contract year should sign Russell and then give Russell a bonus for every TD scored on the CB. Russell would be perfect for the job and it would lower the guy's value so they could re-sign him cheap.
